Find serenity meow and join the cats in yoga at our new location. Come get a double dose of relaxation therapy with yoga and cats. Connect with cats and fellow yogis in a playful yoga setting. This is an all levels class where beginners are welcome. 

45 minute yoga class starts at noon with an additional 30 minutes of play time with the cats after class.

Yoga passes are $22 for adults and $20 for students and include bottomless coffee.

Class is taught by Esther Tell. Esther's classes are a holistic combination of breath, movement and sensory integration. She believes in doing what feels good to your body and offers modifications and adjustments to work with different ages and body types. Esther also teachers yoga next door at Nia Moves.
